The use of video technology to capture classroom practice is a powerful self-evaluation tool for both teachers and pupils. It can help to show the essence of our classrooms, offering detailed data on the learning and teaching process. In terms of continuous professional development for teachers, using video to view and review learning and teaching, promotes a culture of self-reflection and can ultimately lead to whole school improvement.
